It would truly be my honor to offer you a safe space in which to self-reflect, heal and grow into your best self ever. In our therapy sessions, we’ll uncover the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck and identify what you want in life and how to get there. I will help you “re-frame” your automatic reactions to stressors and provide you with valuable tools to help you overcome habits like perfectionism and people-pleasing.
