Compassionate Therapy for Individuals and Couples in Colorado, Available In-Person or Online

Hi, I’m Elise Fabricant (she/her)

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Certified Life Coach, I work with individuals who face ongoing challenges such as communication issues, relationship struggles, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I offer support to those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or purposeless, and help people navigate big, intense emotions that may feel out of control.

My Path to Becoming a Therapist

I’m just like my clients—very human and shaped by both wonderful and challenging experiences. My journey through life's ups and downs has profoundly influenced who I am and how I support others. My personal experiences have been a driving force behind my decision to become a therapist. Each step has contributed to the therapist I am today.

Helping Others Is My Daily Passion

I’m deeply passionate about empowering people to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. I take a holistic approach to therapy, working with you to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The most rewarding part of my work is watching clients leave our sessions feeling lighter, freer, and excited about their futures.

My natural strengths include:

  • Uncovering what lies beneath the surface.
  • Helping clients identify and understand their feelings.
  • Respecting and accepting each person for who they are.
  • Collaborating to set and achieve personal goals.

Our Sessions Are All About You

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe space where you can be heard and understood. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment tailored to your unique needs and concerns. There’s no "one size fits all" in therapy; our work together will be customized to fit your specific situation.

My Professional Background

My journey in holistic wellness began with my work as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, experiences that continue to shape my therapeutic approach.

Here’s a bit about my qualifications:

  • Certified Health & Life Coach, The Health Coach Institute
  • Licensed Massage Therapist, 800 hr, Rocky Mountain School of Healing Arts
